CRAFTS + D.I.Y | Burlap Wreath #2

Back  last month I gave you a glimps of this cute burlap ribbon wreath IN THIS POST

It is rather easy to make and is a somewhat quick project. Took me, with interruptions, about 3 hours.

Here is what you need:
3 - 15 yard rolls of wired burlap ribbon,

(I mixed mine with a print and a solid)
wire wreath form 16 inches

1. Decide what kind of pattern you want . . . if you are using 2 different ribbons.
2. Now, make a loop and insert it in between the outer edge of the wire wreath form.

Yes! My nails were purple when I made this wreath. Yes! Those are my real nails.
3. Then make a loop and insert it between the two center wires . . .

4. Here is a image of the order of the loops.
Your rows should go
first loop, second loop, third loop

If you decide to alternate the ribbon DO NOT cut the ribbon when a row or rows are/is finished. Make sure your wreath is as full as possible, it not only works better, BUT it will keep the loops from shifting or coming loose.

Here is what the back will look like.

That is my sweet Bella!!

Cute . . . yet simple.

You can also see my other burlap wreath HERE (this is actually my favorite one)

  2. Looks great! I should really make something for my front door. We really have no curb appeal!

    1. Thank you. It is very simple to make, and the colors you can use are pretty much endless. Personlizing one for the front door would be easy and add some great curb appeal.

Your wreath is lovely and could last for several seasons! Love that chevron red ribbon that you've mixed in it. I have not seen that particular ribbon but I hope I find some before Christmas!

    1. Thank you, Tammy. Definitely red and burlap look great together, just like white and burlap! I will definitely stop by.
