BEEF/BEAN QUESADILLA

For dinner the other day we wanted something quick and easy.
Why not have quesadillas?

They're easy to make...
especially when you have everything you need right in the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:
refried beans.
ground beef, chicken (or whatever your favorite meat is)
grab some tortilla shells
lettuce
diced onions
diced tomatoes
sour cream
McCormicks Taco Seasoning
mexican cheese blend
and salsa (optional)

1. Cook your meat, add any seasoning your prefer and onions. While your meat is cooking, also cook your refried beans. Once cooked, turn burners down to low; so they stay warm.

2. While these are staying warm, shred your lettuce and dice the tomatoes.

3.Grab your frying pan, spray with non-stick cooking spray and get ready to cook.

4. I like to combine my ground beef and refried beans together, this step is optional.

5.Take 2 tortilla shells; pile your bean/meat and cheese on one, then place the other one on top. Place this in your pan, on medium.

6.Cook long enough to melt the cheese and the tortilla shells (make sure to flip) are a light golden color.

7.Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream or salsa, tortilla chips, and serve.
