PAN SEARED BBQ PORK CHOPS

We wanted pork chops for dinner the other night.

But I didn't want to spend a lot of time preparing/cooking them.

So, I dug through the freezer and pulled out a package of thin cut pork chops to BBQ up.

This are easy and quick to prepare.

What you need...
pork chops (whatever cut/thickness you prefer
salt
pepper
favorite BBQ sauce (ours is Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce)

Prepare:
1. Spray a large fry pan with non-stick spray.
2.Salt & pepper, and brush lightly with BBQ sauce on both sides of chops.
3.Place pork chops in pan, cover and cook on low until done.
4.Remove pork chops from pan spread BBQ sauce on both sides of chops.
5.Turn burner up to high and sear the chops...BE CAREFUL DO NOT LEAVE THE CHOPS ON HIGH TOO LONG OR THEY WILL BECOME TOUGH AND/OR BURN.
6. Once seared, serve with your favorite sides.

We had herb & butter noodle and a ceaser salad.
